Teaching small group Pilates classes consisting of max 8 participants using our wall-mounted Spring Boards + small props and mat work.
Teaching a high caseload of private Pilates rehab sessions - a lot of our clients are just finishing up PT and may still have mild back, hip, or pelvic floor symptoms.
Teaching all levels of clients from beginner to advanced.
Co-treat and work alongside our physical therapy team to help clients who are recovering from injuries, neck, and back pain
Keeping Pilates area organized, stocked, clean, and well-maintained
Keeping Pilates apparatus clean and well-maintained
Adhering to a schedule - this is not an independent contractor opportunity
Subbing for other instructors when needed.
Be flexible to schedule changes and be willing to cover for other instructors when needed.
Participate in weekly staff meeting and training sessions. Be accountable to review any outside learning or training materials that are assigned to you.
Participate in community and outreach events to help market the business and acquire new clients
Be an ambassador to our company by helping to spread our marketing message and participating in videos, social media, and marketing campaigns when directed
Document daily Pilates and fitness sessions in a timely manner. Track and report your weekly productivity.
Look for and be aware of referral opportunities to our physical therapy program (ex: someone in your class complains of back pain - recommend they talk to one of our specialists).
Maintain a positive demeanor and outlook - at all times - regardless of outside stresses or personal circumstances.

You're comprehensively certified to teach Pilates - or have extensive experience teaching and practicing Pilates on the mat and with Reformer, Chair, and Springboards.
You have experience leading and teaching dynamic small group classes that are engaging and challenging for a range of levels.
You're available to teach both mornings and evenings throughout the week.
You love teaching Pilates and you’re passionate about keeping up your own practice as well
