Dr. Casey Murphy is a back and pelvic rehab specialist and the founder of Empower PT & Pilates. She believes there should be better access to GOOD healthcare that gets you REAL results and less turning people towards painkillers, injections, or surgeries which are only masking the problem.
Casey's a big believer that the body wants to thrive and feel it's best, it just needs to know how and be given the environment to do so, and that's where we come in. Here at Empower we teach you what causes those little aches and pains, how to prevent them, and how to take charge of your health and body again!

Dr. Sophia Phillips is a pelvic floor physical therapist who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and empowering them to reach their goals through movement. She strongly believes that knowledge is power and loves having conversations with people about pelvic health topics that have been deemed “taboo”. Sophia uses a combination of exercise, manual therapy, functional dry needling, and nervous system regulation interventions to help her patients get back to what matters most!
Sophia works with people of all genders experiencing a wide variety of pelvic health concerns. Although she enjoys having variety in the conditions she treats, she is especially passionate about providing prenatal and postpartum care and working with individuals experiencing sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, and urinary leakage during exercise.
