Dr. Casey Murphy is a back and pelvic rehab specialist and the founder of Empower PT & Pilates. She believes there should be better access to GOOD healthcare that gets you REAL results and less turning people towards painkillers, injections, or surgeries which are only masking the problem.
Casey's a big believer that the body wants to thrive and feel it's best, it just needs to know how and be given the environment to do so, and that's where we come in. Here at Empower we teach you what causes those little aches and pains, how to prevent them, and how to take charge of your health and body again!
Ali Kallner is a Physical Therapist who truly believes that movement is medicine. She is passionate about helping clients make changes that last and allow them to do what they love in their greatest capacity. Her favorite part of her job is connecting with people and watching them achieve their goals.
Outside of Empower, she’s usually rock climbing, skiing, trail running, and swimming with the Colorado community she loves so much.
Renee Routhier is a physical therapist who specializes in treating conditions related to the pelvic floor. With a strong background in manual therapy and exercise, she believes in providing a holistic approach is the key to addressing your pain and dysfunction to help you meet your goals.
Renee’s passion stems from being able to help you regain your power and confidence in your life, relationships, and physical capabilities. She takes the time to truly hear your concerns and works together with you to get you through the highs and lows of the aches and pains so you can get back to a healthy and happy life.
Karena O’Rourke is a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has a degree in Physical Therapy from Ireland that helps her to understand how to use the best exercises available for what the client needs. Karena enjoys teaching you how to move better using the equipment in the studio or body weight exercises. She can work with any level of fitness or ability. Her goal is to find your goal and work towards achieving it.
Empowering you to be more mindful of how you move both while you are working out and during the day is what really makes the difference in your body. Posture plays an important role in the strength of our muscles. We need balance in our muscles to allow our joints to be healthy. She likes to be the voice in your head reminding you of how you move and hold yourself. “Health is wealth” is a motto she believes in.
